Who is an UBO?

The UBO is the natural person(s) who directly or indirectly owns a stake of 25% or more in your company. It's important to note that UBO's do not have to be shareholders themselves; they can also be directors, trustees and so on. The UBO registration process needs to be completed within one month after you register with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK).
