I have experience from working in different employment legislations and cultures, which has given me the opportunity to understand the human and organisational complexity in terms of running a business.
I have driven and/or supported initiatives in recruitment, talent management & performance, compensation & benefits, employment law, grievances and leadership coaching, as well as looking after stakeholder groups in multiple jurisdictions.
