Get Your European Visa Sorted

Practical immigration support for entrepreneurs and professionals moving to the Netherlands, Nordics, Ireland, or Baltics. Our network has helped hundreds of clients secure their European residence permits.

Check My Eligibility

European immigration paperwork is bureaucratic and tedious. Different countries want different documents, processing times vary wildly, and one missing form can delay everything by months.

Immigration is still very much a national responsibility and not a Europe or EU-wide one. The Netherlands can give Americans an easy pass through the DAFT treaty, whereas they can have a hard time obtaining a visa in for example Germany or Norway.

We help entrepreneurs and professionals secure residence permits in the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, and the Baltic states. We've done this enough times to know what immigration officers actually want to see.

How It Works

1

Figure Out What You Qualify For

Quick call to determine which visa route makes sense. Sometimes you qualify for multiple options - we compare processing times, requirements, and long-term implications.

2

Get Your Documents Together

We give you an exact checklist. Bank statements, diplomas, employment contracts, business plans, proof of housing - whatever your visa type requires.

3

Prepare the Application

Fill out forms correctly, write required statements, translate documents if needed, compile everything in the right order. Immigration authorities are picky about details.

4

Submit and Wait

We file your application and handle any follow-up questions from immigration. Processing times range from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on country and visa type.

5

Get Approved and Register

Once approved, there are still steps: collect your permit, register with the municipality, get your ID number (BSN/personnummer/PPS), open a bank account, arrange insurance. We walk you through every step.

Client Results

"US SaaS founder relocated to Amsterdam via DAFT in 6 weeks. We handled the business plan, company formation, and immigration filing simultaneously."

"Norwegian tech company brought in a senior developer from India using skilled worker permit. Approved in 3 weeks, family joined 2 months later."

"Irish startup qualified their CTO for Critical Skills permit while we set up payroll and corporate tax - everything coordinated so he could start on day one."

Why Work With Us

We See the Full Picture

Immigration doesn't happen in isolation. We coordinate your visa with company formation, tax registration, and business setup so everything aligns.

We Know What Works

After handling dozens of these, we know which municipalities move fast, which documents cause problems, and how to avoid common delays.

No Surprises

We tell you realistic timelines upfront. If there's a weak point in your application, you'll know before filing.

Quality Documentation

Immigration officers reject applications for missing signatures, wrong formats, or unclear explanations. We get the details right.

Post-Approval Support

Most firms stop at visa approval. We continue through local registration, bank accounts, healthcare enrollment, and practical settlement - the parts where people actually feel most lost.

Multi-Country Perspective

Sometimes the "obvious" destination isn't the best fit. We can compare options across Netherlands, Nordics, Ireland, and Baltics based on your specific situation.

Can’t Decide?

Choose Estonia if:

You're a digital nomad or remote worker wanting fast processing (2-4 weeks) and English-friendly environment. Digital infrastructure is excellent but winters are dark and cold.

Choose Denmark if:

You have a high salary (DKK 448,000+) and want fast-track processing. Pay Limit Scheme gets you approved in 2-4 weeks. Expensive cost of living but excellent quality of life.

Choose Netherlands if:

You want central European location, strong startup ecosystem, and English works everywhere. More expensive than Baltics, cheaper than Nordics. Processing varies from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on visa type.

Choose Ireland if:

You prefer English-speaking environment and common law system. Gateway to EU market without language barriers. Corporate tax advantages for tech companies.

Choose Norway if:

You prioritize high salaries, outdoor lifestyle, and strong workers' rights. Expensive but salaries compensate. Processing takes 1-4 months, language learning expected long-term.

Frequently Asked

How long does it actually take?
Netherlands Highly Skilled: 2-4 weeks. Self-employed: 3-6 months. DAFT: 4-8 weeks. Norway skilled worker: 1-4 months. Denmark Pay Limit: 2-4 weeks. Estonia Digital Nomad: 2-4 weeks. Ireland Critical Skills: 6-8 weeks. It varies significantly.
Can I start working immediately?
Depends on the visa and country. Netherlands Highly Skilled Migrant lets you work right away. Most self-employed and startup visas require approval first. Always verify before making commitments.
Do I need to write a business plan?
Yes for: Self-employed visas, DAFT, Startup visas, entrepreneur permits. No for: employment-based permits, 30% ruling, ICT permits. We help with immigration-specific business plans when needed - they're different from investor business plans.
What if I get rejected?
Most countries allow appeals. We review why it was rejected and advise whether to appeal, fix issues and reapply, or try a different route. Sometimes switching countries is smarter than appealing.
Can my spouse and kids come?
Usually yes. Most work and business visas allow dependent family members to join you, though requirements and processing times differ by country. Spouses often get work authorization automatically.
What about Brexit and Ireland?
Ireland remains in the EU Common Travel Area but left the EU. Good option for English speakers who want access to European markets without learning Dutch or Nordic languages. No freedom of movement to other EU countries though.
Which country is easiest?
Wrong question. "Easiest" depends on your nationality, occupation, business type, and long-term goals. Estonia is fast for digital nomads. Netherlands is efficient for employed specialists. Denmark is quick for high earners. We help you pick the right fit, not the "easiest" one.
Do I need to speak the local language?
Not for the visa application in most cases (Ireland and Estonia are English-speaking anyway). But you'll need local language skills eventually for integration, citizenship, and daily life - especially in Nordics.
